If you haven't downloaded and installed any mod from Nexus Mods yet, you might want to wait for the Steam build since it's easier and all you need is to download it from the storefront. "Frontier" will soon be available on Steam, but the developers are still fixing some issues. As of now, the "Fallout" mod is only available on Nexus Mods, where you can get the list of recommended add-on tools that you would need, such as the New Vegas Script Extender, New Vegas Script Extender (xNVSE), the 4GB Patcher, Johnny Guitar NVSE, the User Interface Organizer mod, JIP LN NVSE Plugin, the Mod Configuration Menu, and the New Vegas Anti-Crash.
